Will, who recently completed his education at King James's School in Knaresborough, is currently being trained on how to build the variety of products GSPK Design specialises in.  As a recent school leaver, Will's role as Operations Assistant is his first within full time employment.

Working alongside more experienced members of staff, Will is learning a wide and varied range of skills.  These include basic wiring, working to specific bills of material, adhering to ISO 9001:2000 (the company's quality management system) and despatch.

Will said - "It has been a great first few weeks working with GSPK Design.  I have already gained vital experience and my work colleagues are helping me every step of the way."
