Electronic design company GSPK Design were delighted to celebrate their 10th anniversary recently
.
Based at the Knaresborough Technology Park, GSPK Design specialises in electronic design and manufacture of projects as broad as vehicle management systems for heavy goods, through to water analysis and human interface environment control.
GSPK Design Managing Director, Paul Marsh, commented that “During the last 10 years we have worked with clients across many different industries throughout Europe. Projects have often been complex, covering embedded hardware and firmware design through to proto-typing, consultation and support, and final manufacture. It is really encouraging to see our products working in so many different settings. I would like to extend a big thank you to our customers, team and suppliers for their continued support.”
Asked to comment upon the future, Paul said “The environment and products to promote independent living in the home are of strong interest to us. Our experience in niche market design and manufacture, coupled with our broad skills, gives us an ideal platform for future involvement.”
GSPK Design has recently had successful trials with ‘Lesstricity’ at King James School in Knaresborough, a wireless monitoring system which helps organisations manage and reduce power consumption.
GSPK Design now employs 11 staff at its base in Knaresborough and is looking to recruit further electronics design staff as its order book continues to expand.
