GSPK Design Statement on Coronavirus
We just wanted to give you a quick update about our plans for the current situation. The safety of our staff and customers is of the utmost importance to us and we are now implementing a series of changes to the ways in which we work.
We are actively putting in place ways for our staff to be able to work from home. This ensures that you will still have contacts that you can talk to about orders, enquiries and any issues regarding products. We will continue as normal to take orders and enquiries to keep things running as smoothly as possible. We will be able to communicate through all the normal channels such as email and over the phone as well as through social media and video conferencing if required.
In our production facility, we are doing our very best to ensure that orders are built-on time and delivery dates are met. However, under the current circumstances which are still developing, we cannot guarantee that these will be met. We will keep you informed as soon as we know more about lead times on certain parts for certain products as our suppliers are seeing delays from overseas.
We really do appreciate your continued business and support throughout this time. Likewise, we will support you as best we can to keep businesses going.
