Those of you who received our last newsletter will remember reading about our involvement with the Young Enterprise scheme.
Not only does Young Enterprise teach students throughout the UK about business and enterprise, but it also helps participating companies and volunteers like GSPK.
So, it is no surprise that GSPK Design are about to start a new two-year scheme, working with Forest Hill school as part of their Young Enterprise Team programme.
Forest Hill is a mixed sex urban community special school.
A small weekly commitment will help support the students, encouraging them with their new business venture(s).
The first stage will be to create a business, along with a business plan and allocate key roles within the student group and then start trading!
GSPK Design MD, Paul Marsh, is looking forward to the programme, commenting “…watching the students learn and grow, and helping them develop a sustainable business is intensely rewarding”.
